Marcus Hoo Cann Jie

Principal

Marcus is the founder and currently the principal of Marcus Hoo Chambers. His areas of practice includes all of the fields of practice as listed in the About Us page, and he has completed his Masters in Law postgraduate masters degree majoring in Business Law in December 2024.


Prior to establishing Marcus Hoo Chambers, he has had years of experience working in an esteemed law firm based in Petaling Jaya which specialises in Construction Law Disputes, Debt Recovery, Civil and Criminal Litigation among other fields of practice. His years of working with firms in the Klang Valley and exposure to the various State High Courts and the Appellate Courts in Putrajaya has fortified his abilities as an experienced litigator with a stedfast attitude in safeguarding his client’s welfare.


His future plans includes in-depth expansions in the areas of Construction Law, Intellectual Property, Medical Law, Aviation Law and Company Law.
